foundation to eaves with Phoenix ICF and having
other building components at a minimum level
specified by the company. That’s 72% total
annual energy savings (require 28% or less total
annual energy consumption) for heating and
cooling, compared to the energy consumption
required to heat and cool a similar sized and
designed home (“comparison home”) having the
same energy source and otherwise built to the
company’s specific standards. Both these
standards and the requirements for the Phoenix
home are available on request.
30-Year
Dry Basement Wall Warranty - This warranty is
offered on a basement constructed with Phoenix ICF,
when the Phoenix Dry Basement Wall technique is
applied by a builder, trained and certified by
Phoenix. Other conditions apply and these details
